Installation Disclaimer: TV and electric fireplace mounting services are for wall mounting only.

• TV mounting is limited to standard drywall with wooden wall studs.
• No electrical wiring or electrical work is provided.
• Electric fireplaces must be plug-in units with an existing electrical outlet available.
• Electric fireplaces are wall mounted only; recessed or in-wall installation is not offered.
• TV wires will not be hidden inside the wall. Cables will remain visible and may be neatly organized along the wall.
• Mounting into brick, concrete, stone, metal studs, or other specialty surfaces is not included.

PLEASE NOTE: The only items included in the services are fixed mounts for TV's. Electric Fireplace's ARE NOT included in the services. You will have to purchase the product separately.

Please review these requirements before booking to ensure your installation qualifies.

Assistance may or may not be required to safely lift and place the TV's or fireplaces onto the mount. If you are unable or unwilling to assist, please do not book this service.

This add-on is exclusively available for clients that purchased/or are purchasing Tier IV. This cannot be purchased alone without the purchase of Tier IV, unless discussed at the time of our consultation.
