Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

IMARI'S INTERIOR offers digital and in-person interior design services, including eBooks, virtual consultations, mood boards, 3D room models, shopping guidance, sourcing, purchasing coordination, installation, and styling, depending on the package selected.

Each package includes only the services and deliverables specifically listed in its description.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate room measurements, project details, design preferences, and timely feedback. Delays in receiving information, approvals, or product selections may affect project timelines.

3. Design Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Clients are encouraged to communicate their requested changes clearly during the revision process.

Revisions are intended to refine the original design direction and do not include an entirely new design concept. Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra fees.

4. Estimated Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary by service and project scope:

• Virtual Design: 3 days–2 weeks.

• Virtual Plus Design: 1–3 weeks.

• Full-Service Design: 2–8 weeks or longer.

All turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Timelines depend on project complexity, revisions, scheduling, purchasing, shipping, product availability, and installation requirements. Project timelines will be discussed during consultation.

5. Payments & Additional Costs

Payment requirements are determined by the selected service and will be communicated before booking.

For full-service projects, furniture, décor, materials, accessories, shipping, and other products are separate expenses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A 15% procurement fee applies to products purchased through our sourcing and purchasing services. Applicable travel fees, additional rooms, installation services, and other add-ons may incur additional charges.

Required product payments and procurement fees must be paid before orders are placed, as applicable.

6. Full-Service Design

Full-service projects may include design, sourcing, purchasing coordination, installation, styling, and final placement, depending on the selected package.

Project scope, scheduling, purchasing arrangements, and additional costs will be discussed before work begins.

7. Service Area

In-person services are currently available in Houston, Texas, and designated surrounding areas. Availability and travel fees will be confirmed before booking.

8. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a service, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed the package description, pricing, included deliverables, additional costs, and these Terms of Service.
